Refund policy

Meraki accepts returns and exchanges only if your jewelry is faulty or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide a full description of the issue, along with an image, and send it to teammeraki111@gmail.com. Upon receiving your email, our team will inspect the jewelry to confirm if it is indeed faulty or damaged and will respond accordingly. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in unworn and original condition.


We do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, in cases where the product does not fit, we may consider a return or exchange due to sizing issues.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless there is a sizing issue or other exceptional circumstances.


All pre-orders and custom orders are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items unless there is an issue on our end. Throughout the process, we will keep the customer informed.

Please note, all our jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality metals and natural gemstones, which may result in minor marks, irregular shapes, and inclusions. As our stones are natural, each piece is unique, which may cause slight differences in color compared to the images on our website. Additionally, screen displays can vary, leading to minor color differences between what is shown online and the actual product. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to these natural variations in our jewelry.
