We want you to be satisfied with your Meraki purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
